ROLE: Warehouse Support and Delivery Position – California
1.0 POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for assuring Vitracoat products are packaged, loaded, delivered, and unloaded to customers in a timely and safe manner. The role will be responsible for meeting customer delivery expectations and working within the confines of the Vitracoat delivery policy. This job is located in California.
2.0 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Submit weekly reports by end of business the following Monday of every week.
- Have a legal driver’s license necessary to perform the duties spelled out in the job description.
- From time to time, complete Finished Goods cycle counts and propose adjustments based on counts and additional research
- Check orders to ensure the oldest batch is picked until a better process is established
- Complete reports as needed to support business as assigned by your supervisor
- Work with the public warehouse and build professional relationships with staff
- Efficiently support Customer Service, salesmen, and other members of the Vitracoat team Support Logistics manager to ensure that service levels are met by the warehouse.
- Ensure Shipping Clerks have all PODs (shipped paperwork) by the End of Day
- Complete daily pickups of Finished Goods and schedule as needed to meet customer expectations
- On rare occasions, you may be asked to confirm all Inbound paperwork has been collected and given to shipping clerks to be sent to the Inventory Control Department
3.0 Key Competencies and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Accurate Data entry skills with extreme attention to detail Ability to attain solid competency and proficiency in D365 BC • Ability to work well within a team environment.

- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing job functions in a timely manner.
- Must be able to maintain and keep clean and orderly all company delivery vehicles
4.0 Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to travel to the warehouse facility and all customers where delivery is part of the service Vitracoat provides
- Able to lift a maximum of 55 pounds at a time.
- Climb a ladder.
- Stand for a maximum of 8 hours per day.
- Comply with wearing appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), when necessary.
- Bending/squatting to perform necessary tasks.
- Lift arms overhead
- Visibly and audibly able to access the surrounding area for potential dangers within the warehouse.
5.0 POSITION ACCOUNTABILITY:
This individual will be expected to work in a group environment under the supervision of a team leader.
6.0 QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.
7.0 TRAVEL
No travel requirement for this position except for local delivery
8.0 EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma is a must.
