POSITION LOCATION: Houston, Texas
Job Description: The IT Support is responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing, and evaluating technology issues. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to our staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to keep up with technological advancements and trends in IT support.
- Responsible for documenting processes.
- Perform diagnostic tests.
- Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
- Ensure system security.
- Consult with IT managers and other departments as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Some College, associate degree, college degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience as an IT Support.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience using D365 and Power BI.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
