As the Maintenance Manager at Vitracoat you will serve as a leader in the organization in supporting production in meeting their goals with reference to utilization of all equipment within the facility. 

  • Develop and police safety protocols in all areas of the facility. 
  • Lead, assist and train personnel in proper, safe operation of machinery. 
  • Assist with the creation and updates of operations manuals. 
  • Continue to grow an environment of “teamwork”. 
  • Establish, manage and document complete PM report(s) on all equipment. 
  • Develop and manage work orders that have been prioritized by management team.
Requirements
  • Must have exceptional mechanical aptitude. 
  • Proven years of successful experience in maintenance of production equipment. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization and customers. 
  • Proficient in problem-solving. 
  • Maintenance experience.
  • Have experience in supporting safe working environments. 
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work. 
  • Ability to successfully train, mentor and/or support all members of the maintenance team to optimize effort and focus on achieving business goals. 

Education/Experience

  • High School graduate
  • Technical degree(s) or higher education is a plus. 
  • Minimum of three (3) years successful experience in a manufacturing maintenance position.
