Vitracoat has invested in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the United States dedicated to small batch production. Utilizing the same proprietary and innovative production process Vitracoat developed years ago, we can now duplicate this when a small batch is required. In this facility, Vitracoat can produce a customer batch as small as one box with some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. We offer standard formulations, metallic, bonded, products that meet AAMA requirement, antimicrobial, anti-graffiti and much more. This capability truly makes Vitracoat’s product offering unmatched in the North American marketplace.
Job coaters often need color samples quickly. Our VitraCHIP program includes hundreds of colors available in a chip form (2”x3”) panel. We have dedicated staff and equipment in our Elkhart, IN facility to make these chips always readily available to you. Once we receive your request, we will pull the chips and send out to you within 24 hours.
The ability to match a color is also a huge advantage for a job coater. Vitracoat is the first to introduce this innovative solution to color matching. Our VitraVISION tool and app speeds up the color-matching process by utilizing a hand-held colorimeter that allows for instantaneous color comparison. It has an algorithm that not only reads the color, but also interfaces with our color database. Customers can pick the product that best fits their needs, or request test panels made with sample colors that can be shipped out the same day as the on-site spectrometer reading.
