VitraHEAT Heat Resistant Coatings

Many times, it is important to have a coating that can withstand high temperatures without affecting gloss, color and adhesion. Vitracoat’s heat resistant powder coatings will maintain adhesion and avoid cracking at exposure more than 1000°F.

VitraHEAT Level I

Our heat resistant Level I powder coatings are designed to withstand a temperature of 400°F up to a peak temperature of 600°F for intermittent duty. They are available in a variety of different colors both smooth and texture. This may include applications such as cooktops and toasters.

 VitraHEAT Level I products include:

VitraHEAT Level II

Our heat resistant Level II powder coatings are designed to withstand a temperature of 600°F up to a peak temperature of 850°F for intermittent duty. They are available in a limited amount of dark, textured colors. This may include applications such as barbeque grills.

VitraHEAT Level II products include:

VitraHEAT Level III

Our heat resistant Level III powder coatings are silicone-based and designed to withstand a temperature of 850°F up to peak temperatures of more than 1000°F for intermittent duty. Available in black texture only, they must be applied on a mechanically prepared surface for optimal performance. This may include applications such as mufflers and exhausts.
