Low Energy Powder Coatings have been specifically formulated to develop a fully cured coating at lower oven temperatures or with shorter dwell times at conventional oven temperatures while also delivering a smooth finish with good performance and weatherability. They are ideal for heavy mass parts since less energy is needed to cure. The application may include medium density fiberboard (MDF), plastic, or assembled products where low temperature cure is required.
