Vitracoat Inc. Names Mileidys Bello as Vice President of Technology

Vitracoat Inc. is thrilled to announce the promotion of Mileidys Bello to Vice President of Technology. Over her four-year tenure at Vitracoat, Mileidys has overseen the entire powder coating portfolio, driving innovation, maintaining product integrity, and championing stewardship. She has also established a world-class Innovation Research team, propelling the company to remarkable technological advancements. In her new role, Mileidys will continue to build on these successes, steering Vitracoat towards further innovation and excellence.
Mileidys brings over 30 years of experience in the powder coating industry. She began her career with Herberts O’Brien as a senior chemist and later became the National Product Manager at DuPont Powder Coatings. Her recent roles at Axalta Coating Systems include Technical Product Leader, Technical Manager and Product Steward. Mileidys holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has completed professional training in Principles of Project Management.
